YEAT love/lyfe tour in san diego

YEAT BROUGHT AN ELECTRIC ENERGY TO SAN DIEGO. Tuesday night at Gallagher Square felt less like a traditional concert and more like an open-air party in the middle of downtown. Yeat made his 8th stop of his tour in San Diego on August 18th 2026.

Performing at ghallegar square at Petco Park, one of the best ballparks in the country, and the San Diego skyline serving as the backdrop, the setting made the entire experience feel uniquely San Diego. Fans were singing, dancing, jumping and forming mosh pits as Yeat and Sheck Wes kept the energy moving all night.

Sheck Wes brought his own wave of energy to the stage, especially when he performed hits like “Mo Bamba,” instantly turning the crowd up and creating one of the loudest moments of the night. The combination of familiar hits, nonstop movement and a crowd that came ready to party made Gallagher Square feel more like a massive downtown block party than a traditional concert venue.

The no-assigned-seating setup added to the freedom, letting fans move around and fully immerse themselves in the show. From the front of the stage to the back of the crowd, there was a constant sense of movement, with fans dancing, jumping and connecting with the music throughout the night. A few people in attendance also told us that it was their first concert at the end of the night and said, “ they’d recommend a show here to anyone and can’t wait to come back.”

Between Live Nation San Diego, Petco Park events and the growing Finest Collective culture, downtown San Diego continues to show how much potential it has for live entertainment. There’s something special about seeing major artists perform with the city skyline and Petco Park behind them — an experience that feels distinctly San Diego.
